In December 2006, dons at Oxford University caused turmoil by rejecting a set of governance reforms that were championed by their own vice-chancellor. Can Oxford be Improved : A View from the Dreaming Spires and the Satanic Mills, a book by Anthony and Robert Kenny, is a response to these events, offering views on the organisation and funding of Oxford. This site is a companion to the book, providing supporting material and a venue to continue the discussion.
